Upgraded North Coast Shuttle Service in 2024
North Coast is happy to offer a direct Shuttle Service from the city of Chicago and Midway Airport Hotels to and from the festival to do our share in removing our carbon footprint, and make sure all of you have a safe ride. Plan ahead and don’t worry! Get dropped off and picked up right at the Festival and take one more festival “to-do” off the list.

See below for pick-up locations, pricing, and FAQ. Roundtrip rides only. Upon purchase you will choose one (1) pick-up time and one (1) return time on the same shuttle line. You do not need to stay at a Midway Hotel to ride the Midway Hotel Shuttle. Limited capacity available. NO REFUNDS.
Your shuttle pass will be emailed to you. You can print it out or show the shuttle pass on your phone to scan upon boarding.
If you miss your shuttle time, we will do our best to get you on the next Shuttle if there are available seats, but there are no guarantees. Shuttle seats are reserved for those that purchased passes for that time.
If you have accidentally purchased the wrong shuttle pass, please follow these steps to get a refund.
1.) Purchase your new correct shuttle pass
2.) Visit support.seetickets.us and provide Customer Support with the order number for your original unwanted shuttle pass, as well as the order number for your correct newly purchased shuttle pass, detailing which ticket you would like the refund for.
From there, Customer Support will refund your original unwanted shuttle pass purchase.
Shuttles run on different schedules based on location.
For rides to the fest, the Hotel Line runs every hour starting at 1:00 PM. The City Line runs every hour and a half, beginning at 1:00 PM. All shuttles stop running between 7:00P – 10:00P.
For rides departing the fest, the last shuttles depart 30 minutes after the last act, and you must be in line at this time to guarantee a spot.
Wheelchair-accessible shuttles are available upon request. Please contact shuttles@northcoastfestival.com at least one week before the festival with your order number, shuttle stop, phone number, and departure time.
The shuttle drop-off is located in the festival parking lot, just a short 2 minute walk to the entrance.
There will be staff with signs waiting to assist you in finding the correct shuttle line. Shuttle lines will also be marked with signs.
Restrooms are not available at the shuttle pick-up locations. However, they are available upon arrival at the festival.
